As the #1 faucet brand in North America, MOEN sought to showcase it’s 80 year history of innovation and excellence in new, first of it’s kind design center in the iconic Merchandise Mart in downtown Chicago. In collaboration with Valerio Dewalt Train and Media Objectives at VDT, we kicked off the project in executing a comprehensive research effort to uncover consumer insights and more deeply understand the brand’s DNA and future brand aspirations. The research was applied to inform the showroom’s architecture and brand experience in the built environment and served as the blueprint for all design decisions–big and small. The result is an immersive, captivating, one-of-a-kind showroom experience centered on celebrating the “Beauty of Water” through a lens of wonder, innovation and vitality.
